Handi Rescue System Handi Rescue System allows you to select the tool you require for your job at the site.  Head-units, shear, cutter, spreader and others, are interchangeable, and are securely attached and quickly exchanged at the unique coupling system. HRS-932s "Stubby" Shear ........Cuts security bars, padlocks, gates, chain, rebar. HRS-923 Pedal Cutter  ..... Cuts brake pedal pendants, rebar, flat bar and chain. HRS-934 Spreader     .........Has jaws with very narrow tips that work in small gaps. HRS-935 Door-Opener  .....Breaches doors and can work as a mini-ram, too.   Where access is severely limited, an expansion hose is available and can be connected between the head unit and the pump unit to allow remote operations. The Handy Rescue System has many uses including Civil Disturbance type situations where it can be used to release protesters and dismantle barriers.  Other example of use are: Confined and remote rescue , Urban search and rescue. The Handy Rescue System is able to slip between gaps in structures as small as 4.5 inches, which make it ideal for confined rescue situations where most conventional rescue tools are just too large to fit through the gap.
